THE EFFECT OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT ON ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH

Abstract

The effect of human resource development on organizational growth has been highlighted in this study. Thus, it has essential examined that human resources consist of all individuals engaged in any of the organizational activities regardless of their level and manpower is a safe way to enhance skill knowledge and capacities of personnel in organization. Any organization aiming at achieving some of their goals must ensure on maintaining constant and adequate supply of human resources. Consequently, the study looked at the challenges of human resources, strategies for organizational growth and the challenges to growth. The outcome of this study suggests that the employer and employee relationship should be revisited with a view of having cordial relationship among them.
