Abstract

This research work examined impact of conflict management on organizational performance using United Bank for Africa (UBA) as case study. After a careful investigation and observation, collection and analysis of all available data, the researcher�s findings revealed the following: It was revealed that conflict stimulation has effect on employee performance. It was also observed that there is a significant impact of conflict management on employee performance. It was found that conflict resolution has effect on workers performance.
