COMBATING CORRUPTION IN NIGERIA: THE ROLE OF THE LAW

Abstract

Corruption is a worldwide phenomenon and there is hardly any society without one form of corruption or the other. It is Nigeria�s biggest challenge, it is very clear to every citizen that the level of corruption is very high in the country. This situation has made so many people feel a lot of pains as money which would have been used to reduce poverty in the country are being channeled into the pocket of small groups of persons. The Nigerian government will be prepared to fight corruption when it states the fight from justice administration system.
